Clicking "Open 1Password" from the Extension Icon in Safari has no effect

Thank you for your reply.

  1. Do you mean open the 1P application? Or some other "window"?
  2. Opening the application and then pressing Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-Q has no effect whatsoever.
