Editing file names and adding recovery codes
Hello,
It would be great to be able to change the name of a file in-app (without having to download then upload the file to do it), it would be very useful for many people and would simplify things for us.
Finally, the possibility of adding recovery codes, either via a section (hidden?), or something else. Personally, I always add my recovery codes to 1Password (a bit illogical because if I no longer have my logins, i.e. 1Password, I don't have my recovery codes either, but it allows me to centralize everything and also if I lose the other copy in the other place, I can always recover from 1Password).
Thanks
Hello tim275! 👋
Thank you for the feedback! I can see how both of your suggestions would be useful and I've filed feature requests with our product team on your behalf.
For the time being, you can store recovery codes in the notes field of a Login item or you can save them to a text file and then attach that file to the Login Item: Save important files in 1Password
Thanks for letting us know how we can make 1Password more useful for you.

Hello, I also often add my recovery codes to 1Password, and I have two suggestions.
1) Something like "secure notes" that can be hidden/concealed like passwords.
2) A way to paste multiline text that automatically creates separate fields instead of having to add each one by one.
Thanks
