If you’ve accidentally deleted your 1Password account but still have access to your Account Password and Secret Key, please email us at support@1password.com as soon as possible. Our team will take a closer look and see what we can do to help.
If you no longer have your Secret Key or Account Password, let us know that in your message as well — we’ll walk you through your options from there.

All my saved passwords are gone. I can only recall my 1Password account credentials, but attempting to log in shows that the account no longer exists. Could you help me recover access to my 1Password account?

Hi 8208042, I can definitely understand that this situation might be a bit stressful. As my colleague noted, the best option is to email into support@1password.com with a description of the issue. We can't go into account specifics in the community. The support team will be able to follow up with next steps via email.
