Manage Access of Vault (in Windows app)

After creating a Vault in the 1password window's app, I selected Manage Access (to add some family members). The displayed dialog was a mostly blank; the only thing accessable was the "X" button to close the dialog. (Thus, I had to log onto the web site to add the family members.) Is this a known issue?

  • FYI: It turns out that I had "offline items" in my account.  I was directed on how to deal with them; and afterwards, the dialog was displayed properly.

  • Hello robert1p! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when managing access to a vault. To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your reply:

Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. I look forward to hearing from you.

Here it is. The screenshot is slightly larger than the actual dialog. But as you can see, it is mostly just blank.

BTW: The dialog looks the same on other Vaults I created in the past.

Thank you for the screenshot. That definitely isn't right. So that I can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!
