Safari extension broken for me and colleague for a while now

I'm sorry that the Safari extension is running into issues for you and your colleague. There are a few issues that our development team is working on, especially surrounding profiles in Safari. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
. Please use the email address associated with your 1Password account.
