Safari extension not properly detecting current URL upon unlock
The Safari extension does not properly detect the currently open URL when initially unlocking it.

Open a site that matches an item in a vault

On step 4, what happens when you tap on "Open & fill"? Does it autofill your credentials, or does it open a new tab and fills your credentials there?
