Safari Extension Started Asking For Password For Every Auto Fill [SOLVED]

I've been using 1P8 for some time without any auto fill issues. All of a sudden today, the iOS Safari Extension started wanting me to manually enter my password for an auto fill anytime Safari was closed and re-opened. I've always had the "Authorize After" Safari Extension setting set to "1 Week".
I tried disabling the Safari Extension, rebooting the phone and reenabling the Safari Extension. I then tried disabling auto fill on both 1P8 and iOS settings, rebooting the phone and then reenabling. Neither of which worked. I ended up having to completely uninstall and reinstall of 1P8, which was annoying, and that worked.
Is there anything else that can be done if this happens again? Is this a known issue?

Samtheman67 revert to 1PW 7 on iOS (link is here). That's finally what I had to do. I've come to the conclusion that 1PW8 for iOS is no longer usable for me. Bad enough the interface is no longer useful, but this was the last straw. On macOS it's usable. iOS, not at all.
What used to be an incredibly reliable app has become terribly deprecated. At least iCloud Keychain works.
So far LastPass is looking like a viable alternative
You can’t export Secure Notes, CCs, etc, except password from 1Password. Pure fail.
Awesome thx for the link I couldn’t find it. This is my workaround for 30 days. If they don’t fix it, I’m moving over to LastPass Family which I’m testing for 30 days in trial.
Can replicate this by killing safari. If you sign into the extension then kill the safari app it then asks for master password again. Might be why it’s sporadic. iOS shutting the app down in the background and causing the password prompt to come up again. Should make it easier for devs to fix
Also happening here. I have all settings at the maximum deauthorize duration and I have to re enter my password every time (often as little as 5 minutes apart). This looks like amateur software development to me, I’ve rarely seen a new version of any product bungled as badly. Adopting the new browser plug-in API was a bad idea, plain and simple.
Thanks for the link. This will be my work around for 30 days as that’s how long my free premium trial is for 30 days. So far LP is looking and functioning way better than 1P.
