If you're using the 1Password 8 app then you can follow Grey's instructions above to change the app's auto-lock settings.
If you're only using 1Password in the browser then you can follow the instructions here: How to set 1Password to lock automatically
If that doesn't work then are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing on your screen? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot as this is a public forum.
