upgrade to macOS 12.7, safari extension 8.10.46 does not work

Recent upgrade of macOS to 12.7.6. Safari 15.6.1. 1Password for safari extension 8.10.46.34 Extension icon on browser locked. Going to settings on extension takes you to blank safari tab/page....
