Hi 1P_Dave, your steps sadly didn't work for us. The only thing that worked was to uninstall 1Password and the extensions completely and install both fresh.
Since we are managing more than 100 1P accounts, this cannot be done manually. As stated in another thread, there won't be any updates on the 7 version which leaves us stuck in a very unpleasant situation. :(
