Hello, wizdomonwheels. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the issue you're running into with 1Password using Quickbooks Online.

Since I cannot access this page, I request you send us a collected page structure to support+forum@1Password.com. With your email, please include the following:

  • A link to this thread: https://1password.community/discussion/148091
  • Your forum username: wizdomonwheels
  • The collected page structure:
  • Navigate to the page exhibiting the behaviour.
  • Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Help > Collect Page Structure.
  • 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
  • Attach the file to your email. Please do not post the file to the forum.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here, and I will be able to locate your message and make sure it has gotten to the right place.

In the meantime, you can temporarily turn off all suggestions on a specific webpage by right-clicking the field, selecting 1Password - Password Manager and clicking Hide on this page. This is a temporary solution and would require you to re-do the steps after every browser restart.
