I installed 8 but it didn’t offer to import my primary iCloud vault. Ironically I am posting this on iOS because iCloud is where my AgileBits login is stored.

Hm, I was migrating using the app on Mac and it did nicely migrate my iCloud as well as my local vault. How did you migrate?
