  1. Edit a login type entry (new or existing).
  2. Select a blank/new section.
  3. Select the blank/new/empty field.
  4. Place cursor where it says "label".
  5. Type a label, any label will do.
  6. Place the cursor where it says "new field".
  7. Click on the picker and select any field type other than Text.
  8. Observe the label from step 5 disappear.

I can recreate this in both the 1password app and the 1pw mini app.

Note that this bug seems to be very narrow. It only happens in a new section with no section name and no fields already in the section. It also only happens when you enter the label, then put the cursor in the new field, then pick the field type. If you enter the label and pick the field type without putting the cursor in the new field in between, it is fine. Unfortunately, every time I want to add an OTP, I seem to follow that exact sequence, and it always throws me off.

Hi @yetanotherusername! Welcome to the forum!

I was able to reproduce this issue, but I think I also found the exact step that is causing this. If you skip step 6 in your instructions, are things working as expected?

I know we have fix this in the past. It looks like the bug has cropped up again. Thank you for the report, we will get it fixed.
