I am helping my Aunt who has an iPad only, so some of those “techniques” don’t work, or only work on a computer. It’s super frustrating.
I can’t get the passcode field to fill out on the BofA site...

@kutenai_id - I'm sorry for the trouble! I've moved your post over to its own thread as the one you were replying to hadn't had any activity on it since March, and was for 1Password for Mac anyway, instead of 1Password for iOS. Hope that's OK. If you've got your Aunt's credentials for B of A (online ID, passcode), please try creating a new item in her 1Password for iOS by tapping the plus ( + ) button on the main screen and choosing Bank of America as the URL (typing bank into the Login name field should do it. Enter your Aunt's "online ID" into the username field, then her password into the password field and tap Save. When you open Safari on the iPad and visit https://bankofamerica.com it should fill both fields for you. Let me know how that works! :)

Okay, I’ll give that a try. She is here with me, and I just added her to my 1Password for families account, so I want to make sure things work well.

I tried this. I opened up 1Password app, clicked new login, searched for and found Bank of America, and entered the I’d and then passcode. I saved this.
Then opened 1password, navigated to the new item clicked the “Login” url, which starts with https://secure..., and it takes me to that page, fills the online I’d fine, but does NOT fill the passcode. Same issue as before.

Also if I tap on the empty passcode field, and pick passwords (near bottom), 1Password, then pick the BofA item (the new one or the old one) it fills in the passcode, then I could click sign-in and it works.

I also, went to 1Password app, found “1Password Browser”, and “clear web data”, just in case there was something there.

That's not what I suggested earlier, which was:

When you open Safari on the iPad and visit https://bankofamerica.com it should fill both fields for you.

Please open Safari (not 1Password), visit https://bankofamerica.com, tap Login and then tap the Online ID field. From Password Autofill (the iOS suggestions), choose the new B of A login you just created, and see whether both fields are filled.

I’ve been trying to login to the https://secure.bankofamerica.com/ site. It works on the non secure one ;-)
It’s still secure, as it’s https, but it’s an older looking login.

@kutenai_id - try saving https://staticweb.bankofamerica.com/cavmwebbactouch/common/index.html#home?app=signonv2 as the sign-in link. That one appears to work fine.
