Can't cancel my membership: no Billing Settings link is available

I need to cancel my membership, but clicking Billing in the sidebar just takes me to a page with information on my account. There is no Billing Settings option in the sidebar.

    @wardw: Then it sounds like you subscribed through Google or Apple. You'd need to cancel it with them in that case.

    I checked Google and Apple, and I don't have a 1Password subscription through either of them.

    The Billing Settings option is not in the sidebar. You need to click on the Billing option, as you correctly did, and then scroll down on your account settings page until you see these buttons:
