Email field blocked by Safari autofill
Safari is blocking the email field with a list of my email addresses for autofilling.
In Safari settings I have user name and password autofill disabled.
This was not happening prior to the last 1Password update.
1Password Version: 8.10.48

Hello @DLRahman! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into issues when filling login credentials into Safari. I see that you have "Using information from my contacts" enabled in Safari's AutoFill settings and that will cause Safari's suggestions to conflict with 1Password's suggestions as you're seeing. You'll need to completely turn off Safari's built-in suggestions using the steps in this guide:
Let me know if you run into any issues.

That must be a new conflict because that setting has been enabled for years. Only recently has this issue arisen.
But really isn’t this is an issue of poor interface design? Why should I have to choose?

It's possible that something changed on the Safari end to introduce filling suggestions in more places but that isn't something that 1Password has control over.
1Password isn't designed to be used alongside other filling software or the built-in filling feature in Safari since both filling services provide suggestions underneath a field in the browser. Choosing one or the other to store your identity information is the best option.

Yes it is very possible, and most likely that it was an update by Apple that caused the issue.
But to say that "1Password isn't designed to be used alongside other filling software..." is kind of weird. 1Password I assume is not designed to work in a vacuum. Mine is a real life issue that many of my clients face. Many do not want to have to choose between Apple's autofill features or their password system and 1Password. Considering Apple's direction of creating a full fledged password software, it would be a flawed strategy on AgileBits's part. Instead of competing by ultimatum of choose us or else, they should make it work alongside Apple's system.
For example, why not move the location of the popup window of 1Password records from below the field and underneath Apple's and put it on top or to the side? Be creative. If it is a case of Apple's API and the location must be where it is, then figure out a way to make it work.
I love 1Password but if I am forced to choose, eventually, as Apple's password app becomes more complete, I will choose Apple.

Thank you. I really do love 1Password and would prefer to use it.
