Purchased 1password 4 for mac, but can't download license - error message
Hello,
Just purchased 1password bundle which includes 1pw 4 for mac and windows. I click on the link to download the license file but I keep getting an error page:
The address wasn't understood
Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (onepasswd) isn't associated with any program.
How can I get my license file?

Does this knowledge base article help? You're not in any event meant to be downloading your licence file using Firefox. Is the link you are clicking on the link in the licence email? Have you already installed 1P4? (If not, do that before trying again with the licence file link.)

Hello, I had looked at the article. If you notice, the "Click here for instructions..." is a link. In my email, that sentence is not clickable, so I cannot follow through with the instructions. 1Password4 is also installed and I am using it with my free trial.

Okay, I figured it out. I clicked on the link in "If you have any issues, please refer to this guide." and it brought me to a page where I was able to download the license file. Then I went to the 1password app and added the license from there. Thanks.
