Not able to sync with iPhone 5s

Just downloaded app from Apple store and have not been able to sync with app on iPhone. Have tried the renaming of files (***_OLD) and restarted 1password but still does not recognize when I try to sync on iPhone. Also when I go to preferences>sync the iCloud is greyed out and says "iCloud syncing is available only for primary vault". One thing that "could" be causing issue - several weeks ago I downloaded the app from the Agile website but never used app - could that somehow be causing the Apple download to think I am an existing user????

    Got it! My iPhone iCloud documents and settings was not turned on.
