Sync multiple devices question

Hi, I would like to have some information. Please forgive my ignorance. I'm using a Mac at home, a PC at work and I also have an Android phone. I would like to know if it is possible to sync those devices together? Can I sync my password between safari (home) and chrome (work)? I just need to buy the Mac version to do so?
