Wife's 1Password suddenly has all of my information? [resolved; now using correct Dropbox account]
Hi, My wife has 1 password 3.8 and it was integrated into Chrome. Her computer shut down when our son messed with the power cord connection hole. When she turned it back on, the extension had dropped off Chrome.
She went searching for 1 password, opened the .app and found that her master password doesn't work. When I got home, I tried mine (i recognized the hint) and it worked. My own 1 password account has apparently hijacked her computer?!!
I have 1 password 4 on my macbook and sync via icloud.
Lastly, the 1 password app for version 3 on my wife's iphone won't work with either of our master passwords. But the newly downloaded (but empty) version 4 opens with her master password.
Any idea what the heck is going on?

Wow, that is a rather unique situation! Let's see if we can figure out where things got tangled. First of all, I'd like to get a better picture of your whole 1Password ecosystem. Could you please provide the version numbers of both 1Password and your operating systems for all computers and devices currently running 1Password? I'd also love to know what you are using to sync - in particular, who is using which sync, and which devices are connected using that sync.
Most importantly, does your wife currently have access to her data anywhere? If not, then clearly our priority is figuring out how to get her set up again. :)

Thanks for your offer to help, Megan!
I started gathering all the data you asked for and realized that my wife's computer somehow got logged into my dropbox account and her 1password was grabbing all of my information. I changed that and got her 1PW syncing back up with her own keychain that is on her computer. So we're all set! Thanks again.
