Cannot install 1 PW 5x on Yosemite 10.10.1 (beta) installed on a separate partition on my MBP

I have installed the app store version of iPW on Yosemite 10.10.1 and it works fine. However, on my MacBook Pro (mid-2102) I have on a separate partition installed Yosemite 10.10.1 beta. When open Safari I get the error message that the mini iPW cannot connect to 1PW and I should relaunch 1PW. When I try to remount 1PW, same problem. The error message says I should contact Agile Bits which I herewith do. How does one install 1PW 5x on separate partitions on a Mac?
Just for the record, to contact Agile bits is very complicated. No contact possiility in your support. Only through this loop.

    At the moment it is not possible to keep two instances of 1Password on connected volumes/partitions in Yosemite. There's a bug in Yosemite where we can't control which version of 1Password mini is launched which creates problems. Until this is resolved by Apple I'm afraid you're limited to just one copy of 1Password. Sorry about that. Removing the additional copies (ensuring 1Password isn't running) sorts this out.
