Hello,
What can I do if I believe I paid for my 1 Password software, but now I get a message saying my trial period has expired. I've used the program on two devices for more than 4 months. Thanks

    Hi @Carol‌

If you purchased directly from us then you can get all of your licences resent to the email address you supplied at the time of purchase. To do so go to this page: https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend

If you purchased from Apple's Mac App Store then we'll have to remove the Agile Web Store version that you're running and get you up and going again on the MAS version that you can download from their App Store on your Mac.

I notice you've purchased 1Password for iOS. Can I confirm that you have indeed purchased the two licences you'd need, iOS and OS X? Unfortunately 1Password is licensed per platform so an iOS purchase wouldn't cover you on your Mac.

Here's a link to some further reading but if that doesn't help then please do post back here and we'll try and get you sorted.

Ok, thanks. Let me have a look into this. Also, I believe we used to be able to purchase the license for more that one machine - a family plan. Do you still offer that? Thanks again.

    Hi @Carol‌

We decided to simplify the licences we had in our Web Store to try and bring consistency between purchases made in Apple's Mac App Store and direct from us. So what we've done is we've thrown away the family licence and expanded the single licence, more of which can be read here (https://agilebits.com/store/licenses).

Essentially though, a single licence will entitle you and five family members to use 1Password on as many Macs (or Windows if you purchase the Windows licence too) as you own as long as you're all living in a single household. That should (hopefully) cover most cases

Let us know if you have any more queries.
