Errors about incorrect password when filling login credentials
I found that all of a sudden I got a notice that my trial had ended. WHAT!!!!! I purchased the family license for 1PASSWORD 5 (version 5.0.2 (502007) Agile Web Store). All that Agilebits can find is the license for 1PASSWORD 4.
1. Finding a place to ask support questions is a request.
2. Having 1PASSWORD sync correctly is a request. I use Dropbox
3. Getting the sites to open when you click on the Password Icon is a request.
4. Any one else like to chime in?????

Please read this sticky at the top of the forum. I am not understanding clearly what other questions you have apart from the one concerning the "trial expired" message.

Concerning the expired trial message, be sure to read the first post in this section of the forum. Your license for version 4 can be applied to register version 5 without any additional charge.
You have found the best way to get the quickest response for support question when you posted here.
I don't fully understand the rest of your questions. I think you will likely need to be more specific in describing the issues for which you reed further assistance. And you may want to write those specific descriptions in separate posts with accurate titles. This thread will appear to anyone reading title to deal only with license issues, so your other questions won't attract the attention they deserve.

Please let me know a few more details about where sync is getting tangled up:
- Are you seeing an error message? If so, what is it?
- What are the version numbers of both 1Password and your operating systems for all computers and devices currently running 1Password?
- Getting the sites to open when you click on the Password Icon is a request.

Megan - Thank You I will use the forum. I am using OS X Yosemite version 10.10.1 for all my computers and OSi 8.1.1 (12B436) for my iPhone and iPad. Dropbox version is 2.10.52. I am seeing error messages that I am using old passwords or the password is incorrect when using my laptops or my iPhone/Pad.
- Concerning the expired trial message. I discovered that the software 1Password had to be placed in the correct Library - however you must transfer the software to the other computers. I figured out how to do that all by myself.

I'm glad to hear you solved the problem with the expired trial message! :smiley: It sounds like the issue now is that you're having trouble logging into websites, so I've updated the title of this thread.
You mentioned getting errors saying your password is incorrect or old - I assume those messages are coming from websites after you try logging in? Does that happen for all logins, or only one/some of your logins? It sounds like either the login form is being filled incorrectly, or your password in the Login item in 1Password doesn't match your actual password for the website. If you manually type your username & password into the site (or copy/paste), are you able to log in?

Drew the error messages are on my iPad and iPhone I believe it has to do with syncing. I have found a default sync to the cloud and i have changed all syncing to Dropbox. I am currently reviewing all passwords on all of my devices, and that is not a priority at this time. Thanks for your solutions I appreciate all your agilehelp
