Emailed you guys more than 2 weeks ago......
I've had an issue with my licensing and I can't get you guys to respond via email (support@agilebits.com). I hate using forums, talk about a waste of time. Do you guys not check emails at this company. Please give me an email address you guys will respond to.

You have the correct email address, and they will eventually respond to you. But they are behind because of the increased traffic since the release of version 5 and Yosemite, so they are encouraging people to bring their question here. It is, in fact, not a waste of time, and it is currently faster than waiting for email replies. And one answer can often serve several users.
If you've been send your message repeatedly, you should know that for some reason the mail handler puts you back to the end of the line each time you do so.
If your question turns out to require a private reply, one of the AgileBits folks will make that happen.

Yes it requires a private reply, I don't really feel like posting my license information for the public to see. Hence the reason why this is a waste of time, as previously stated.
Ironically, someone just sent me an email after I wrote this.....awesome.

I'm so sorry it took this long to receive a reply to your email! As hawkmoth said, we've been extremely busy recently and are trying very hard to get back to our usual quick responses. Posting a question in the forums is currently the quickest way to get help, but email is better for questions involving personal license info that shouldn't be posted publicly. I apologize for the inconvenience!
