Sharing vault to a windows machine

I have recently purchased (from Apple app store) the Mac version (for my main computers) but wanted to be able to share a vault to my wife's windows laptop. Is this under the same license? or a separate fee?

The licenses are sold on a per-platform basis, so yes, there is a separate fee for the Windows version. If you send your Mac App Store receipt to support+licenses @ agilebits.com and let them know you would like the bundle price for a Windows license. Include a link to this thread. They will set you up with a discount on that version. You will get an automated reply with a ticket number. You can speed things along if you post that ticket number back here when you receive it.

I suppose it goes without saying that Apple won't supply a Windows license. You'll download the application from the AgileBits web store.

Thank you @hawkmoth‌ Just to add @Steve261‌ that if you intend to sync with a Windows machine it will have to be via Dropbox as iCloud Sync doesn't simply dump files in iCloud Drive but uses a CloudKit framework that Windows applications can't access.

Thanks - I was confused and thought the 'family' wording implied multiplatform, but obviously not. I've emailed support
