Use licence on more than one computer
1password works really well on my laptop but when I also install on my desktop mac it advises me that my trial has expired, even though I bought the licence originally on my laptop - how do I link the two or do I really need to buy a second licence?
It is personal / home use only - no business involved

Your license allows you to install 1Password on as many Macs as you use yourself. To register the copy on your new machine, just install the same license file as you used to register it on your laptop. (I'm assuming you are using version 4 or 5. If that not true, let us know that version is installed on the laptop.)
Incidentally, you could also install it on a work Mac too, if you are the only user of the application.
