License retrieval sends me 1Password 3 license, but not 1Password 4.
I'd like to take advantage of the sale to upgrade my 1Password 4 license (for Mac) to 5. However, when I do a license retrieval, I'm sent my 1Password 3 license. I have the email from when I purchased a 1Password 4 Mac + Windows bundle, but the link to download the activation license doesn't work. When I enter in the license number I do have for 1Password 3 to see my upgrade options, all 1Password options are greyed out, but I can purchase Knox if I wanted.
How can I upgrade my 1Password 4 license to 5? If I can't get the sale price, how can I get the 1Password 4 license file so I can activate 1Password 4?

I have some good news and some great news for you! The good news is that I found your old and new licenses in our system and combined them into the same record so you'll be able to get all that info in future license retrieval emails (I sent you a new email with your license info so you have a copy).
The great news is that you don't need to purchase an upgrade for 1Password 5 for Mac, because that's a free upgrade from version 4! Both versions use the same license file. If you've installed 1Password 5 on your Mac and need to add your license file, you can use the Click here to Apply Your 1Password License link in the new email.
Incidentally, the reason those upgrade options were grayed out for you on our site is because you already have licenses for the latest versions of 1Password. Sorry for the confusion about that!
