I recently updated my handset from 6Plus to 6splus. I backed up my old handset first and when I backed up my new handset the 1Password app and none of my data had migrated. I redownloaded the app but am unable to sign in, I am needing to set up as new user so none of my data is available. How can I retrieve my data? Please help!

Do you mean when you restored to your new handset?
In any event, so long as you still have your specific 1Password backup from your old phone this knowledge base article will show you how to restore it on the new phone:

@julie_alameddine: Indeed. (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'restore' for you to help directly. You will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Do you have your 1Password data stored somewhere else? Please let me know what you find.
