    @frank22 -

    Follow these directions. Note that there are separate directions that depend on whether you copy came fromAgileBits or from the Mac App Store. Be sure to follow the right ones. Also, be sure you are aware that any data you may have stored will be lost.

    How do I start over with an empty vault?
