I cannot recall my password and my fingerprint recognition is not working.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    You posted in the Mac category, but Touch ID is not available on Macs. Can you confirm for me where you are having some trouble unlocking 1Password? On your Mac, Windows PC, iPhone, iPad, or Android phone?

    We have a support article that has some tips you can try: My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do? You can click the platform selector there to show the different steps for Mac, iOS, and Windows.

    Please let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for the response. I cannot access my IPhone. It would not accept the Touch ID after the update. I cannot remember my Master password.

    @jkradel does 1Password for iOS still allow you to attempt to use Touch ID? By which I mean, is it prompting you to use Touch ID, or is it just showing the field where you can enter your Master Password?

    If it's the latter and you've forgotten your Master Password you may have to start over with 1Password for iOS. I hope that isn't the case, though.

    Do you use 1Password on any device besides iPhone? Is there any chance you wrote down the Master Password somewhere?
