I have the app for Mac but my shared vault disappeared on there even though it still shows online
Hi! I have the app for Mac as well as of course the online account here where I can manage permissions etc. My app no longer shows my Shared vault, so I'm unable to edit and add entries for my team. My personal and primary vaults show though. I don't see a way to add an existing vault to the app, only to create a new one. Help? Thanks!

However, it's going to require some personally-identifying information that shouldn't be posted here publicly, so if you're ok with it, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
