I just opened a family account, and want to migrate my husband's data on his single non-subscription
The issue is that I keep getting prompted for a key when trying this, but he doesn't have a key as he has been using a license not a subscription. The instructions on your site ask me to go to Preferences, then Accounts. There is no way to do this on his license...please help.

Hi @CharlieMorss -- If I'm understanding you correctly, then the missing step is that you need to invite your husband, if he has not already signed up for your 1Password Families account. Once you've confirmed his sign-up, then he can move his existing 1Password data to his 1Password account, and you can begin securely sharing! :)
