I try to install the extension on a corporate device but the use of the Microsoft Store is forbidden. So, is there existe a standalone version of this installer ?

No. MIcrosoft requires that Edge extensions be distributed through the Store. There is no other way to install it. You'd either need to get access to that, or use one of the other browsers 1Password supports:
