ModeratorI'm sorry for misunderstanding, I read your last comment as saying that a recent update resolved the issue. As Grey mentioned, it's normal that you have to unlock 1Password every time that you use Password AutoFill to fill a login from inside of another app: Use 1Password to fill and save in apps and browsers on your iPhone and iPad
But if you're using 1Password for Safari to fill a login into a website open in Safari then you won't have to unlock the extension every time that you use it: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
Is it possible that you're sometimes using the Safari browser extension on your iPhone which doesn't require that you unlock it each time that you use it?
