ModeratorI'm happy to hear that the steps resolved the issue. This is a known issue with macOS which affects all Safari web extensions, not just 1Password. I don't believe that there is a correlation between updating Safari and the extensions disappearing and that might just be a coincidence. Our team is working with Apple to investigate further and we hope to see a fix in the future.
