Can't install 1P Safari extension
I had the 1P extension working with Safari in the past, but when I tried to use it just now, 1P was not in the list of Safari extensions. I went to the Mac App store and downloaded the extension, and...
Perhaps it is also coincidence that 1P is the only extension I've had this issue with, and multiple times.
Glad to hear you are working with Apple to try to resolve the issue!
(May I suggest a slight improvement, though? When one goes to the help menu and "Fix Missing Safari Extension" there is no feedback that anything has happened. Wouldn't it be possible to present some sort of message after that option is chosen? It would be more reassuring.)
