Family Account Frozen
I recently joined a new Family account with my old individual account. My individual account subsequently expired even though I was in the Scott Family account. My account is frozen and I can't edit anything in my old vault.
My Scott Family account owner has verified that the Family account is active and paid for. When I access my account I am not able to activate it short of signing up for a renewal.
How can I get 1password to recognize my account is part of an active Family account?

Thank you for reaching out! It's not possible to connect an existing individual account to a 1Password Families membership. Instead, the family organization of the 1Password Families membership will need to invite you as a family member. You can use the invite to create a new 1Password account that will be part of 1Password Families: Add and remove family members
Once the new account is created, you can add both the new and the old account to the 1Password app and then move your items to the new account: Move or copy items
Are you still signing into your old individual account? Or are you signing into 1Password Families?

Hi
I have both my individual and family ID’s working. Does moving entries from old to family have to be done one by one?

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you'll need to more your items from the old frozen individual account to your new family account. Our guide has instructions on how to move multiple items at once using the desktop app (not the web browser):
