Without wishing to temp fate, 1P 7.9.3 Safari Extension / iPadOS 15.2 is working for me

I will admit it has taken a little bit of getting used to, but both modes (Safari Extension and AutoFill) are working. Running them together was confusing for me. I am now running iPhone solely using Safari Extension; and iPad solely using AutoFill to determine which works best for me. I am including my settings here not to gloat, but in the hope they assist you

iPhone SE [Safari Extension]
iOS 15.2
Settings>Passwords>AutoFillPasswords=Off
Settings>Safari>Extensions>1Password=On

iPad mini (5th gen) [AutoFill]
iPadOS 15.2
Settings>Passwords>AutoFillPasswords=On
Settings>Passwords>AutoFillPasswords>Allow filling from=1Password ONLY
Settings>Safari>Extensions>1Password=Off
