HELP ! Unable to deliver licenses to my email

A few days ago , when i surf the internet , i found http://www.alfredapp.com/xmas/ ,this is 40% Discount on 1Password

and I am a student form china , so I have buy 1password windows + mac bundle ( educational) 29.99 by my edu.cn email
I just rember win key。

and i will buy my first macbook soon , but i don't know where is my 1password mac key ,

so , i go to https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend .

but : "Unable to deliver licenses to MY Email. Please email us and we'll do our best to help. We apologize for the delay."

and The link is: "https://agilebits.com/contact_us" and referred in reality to this site: "https://agilebits.com/support".

eeeeeeeeee.

what should i do ? but i have send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com but no Respond。。。。

    They WILL respond, but may not do so quickly, as they have lots of queries currently.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your licenses. As @danco mentions, we've heard from a lot of users lately, but we're working to get back to our usual snappy responses just as soon as possible!

    I was able to locate both your email in our system, and your license details in our back office records. It appears that the license you used to purchase 1Password with has been marked as inactive. This is the message I get when I try to re-send your details:

    Could not send email to [email redacted]. Postmark rejected the message. This is usually because the address has been marked as inactive. Inactive recipients are ones that have generated a hard bounce or a spam complaint.

    I have updated the email address on file to the email attached to your forum account (which is the email address you used to email in to us) and have re-sent your license details to you.

    I hope this gets things all sorted out for you, but we're here if you have any further questions or concerns!
