Hi Joelc - I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you're having It sounds like there might be an issue with the communication between the main 1Password app and 1Password for Safari. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac so that I can take a closer look:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:
