I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with unlocking 1Password. I know how important it is to be able to access your 1Password data, and the team and I are here to help you get up and running as soon as possible. I see that Paddy, our chatbot, has opened a ticket for you via email and one of my colleagues will reply to you soon.
In the meantime, I recommend that you try copying and pasting your recovery code from the file that you saved it into rather than typing it in manually. You can find our guide on how to use a recovery code here: Generate and use recovery codes
Alternatively, if you're using 1Password Families and there's a family organizer, you can have the family organizer help recover your account: Recover accounts for family or team members
If neither of those steps work then sit tight and you'll receive an email with more guidance soon.
