It sounds like the prompt to allow all websites might have already been and gone. In which case, you can allow all websites by following these steps.

  1. In Safari, click the Safari menu > Preferences...
  2. On the Extensions tab, choose 1Password for Safari in the sidebar if necessary, then click "Edit Websites...", like this:

  1. On the page that appears, make sure that each line (including "For other websites" below the list) is set to "Allow", as in this example:

1Password will then be able to autofill in Safari. Give that a try and let me know how you get on.
